All sales are final. I am a small business and I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Every product I list is quality checked but may have minor imperfections. I try to represent my products accurately in photos but colors may appear differently on different screens.
★ Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Once it's paid for I cannot change it, you will need to purchase a new one.
★ In the event that your product gets lost in transit or arrives damaged, please let me know me so I can get in contact with the shipper to investigate. You may need to provide additional info like photos of the damaged packaging. A refund may be granted but is not guaranteed.
★ If there is an issue with the order like missing or incorrect items due to my own mistake, please contact me so we can work it out and get you a replacement.
